The Tavolozza is a selection of delicious sauces to use on toast or piadinas, simple or with mayonnaise or spreadable cheese. They are also excellent as a sauce for pasta or with white meat. The slightly spicy vegetable sauce is particularly interesting and unique in its kind, because it can be used as a vegetarian mayonnaise; it is amazing on cold sliced meat, on white meat or simply mixed with fresh salad.

Mushroom sauce with truffle in sunflower oil
Porcini mushroom sauce in sunflower oil
Olives and artichokes sauce in sunflower oil
Dried tomato and Borettane onion sauce with balsamic vinegar in sunflower oil
Slightly spicy vegetable sauce in sunflower oil
All our sauces can also be bought individually or in larger formats of 156ml and 580ml.
