2. Data Processed
GIOVAGNINI s.n.c. collects only the data that the user voluntarily provides and browsing data.
For consultation of the “public” part of the Site (i.e., that freely accessible by any user), no personal data of the user is required.
For access to the reserved content part of the Site, or for any contact with GIOVAGNINI s.n.c. by the user through, for example, sending email or traditional mail to the contacts of GIOVAGNINI s.n.c. indicated on the Site, the user’s data will be considered acquired and, therefore, processed in full compliance with current regulations.
Among the data voluntarily provided by the user, personal data such as:

Although this information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, by their nature, they could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, allow the identification of users.
3. Purpose of Processing
GIOVAGNINI s.n.c. processes the personal data that the user has provided on the Site in connection with the use of the Site itself. In particular, your personal data may be used for the following purposes:
a) provision of services and functionalities of the Site (such as, for example, name and surname, email address, login password, etc.);
GIOVAGNINI s.n.c. collects and processes the user’s personal data to provide all the functionalities of the Site, such as those for communicating through the Site or choosing the “Remember” option, so that it is not necessary to provide the “login” details again at each access.
Note: we advise against using this option if the computer used is shared with other people.
b) processing of payment and billing data;
GIOVAGNINI s.n.c. will process the user’s personal data only to facilitate purchases and to process payments made through the Site. In no way will GIOVAGNINI s.n.c. acquire the user’s banking data as every payment will be made via Paypal.

4. Retention of Personal Data
GIOVAGNINI s.n.c. will retain the user’s information for the time required by current regulations and, in any case, for as long as necessary to provide the requested services.
In particular, the data provided by the user for access to a possible reserved area, or in the various contact forms, will be retained until deletion is requested, retaining only the data related to basic registration (such as, for example, those related to billing, and therefore: company name, company address, VAT number, company contact, and password).
5. Security and Transfer of Personal Data
The transfer, storage, and processing of the user’s data collected through the Site are ensured through appropriate technical measures.
All user information is protected with the password chosen by the user; passwords are not stored in plain text but are protected with various encryption methods. Additionally, the site is provided over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
User data is collected, stored, and retained on a secure server, protected by firewalls and physically located in Italy in a web farm with controlled access.
Any superuser access occurs under encryption protection.
6. Transfer of Data to Third Parties
GIOVAGNINI s.n.c. does not transfer personal data to third parties. However, GIOVAGNINI s.n.c. may provide the user’s data to third parties for certain processes, such as, for example, to provide the user with technical/legal advice upon the user’s request.
In these cases, in fact, GIOVAGNINI s.n.c. may transmit part of the user’s data to specialist third parties.
These third parties will process the user’s personal data in full compliance with current regulations.
The user’s data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
