Giovagnini Capers are a guarantee of quality and taste. They are selected by our best suppliers, and are ready to be used for any
preparation or recipe. There is just the right amount of salt, and you can marinate them in water and lemon for a more delicate
flavour.
You can choose between size 6 (Lilliput), size 9 (Lacrimella) and size 12 (Puntina) capers. We also have caper fruits,
that are perfect to embellish your table and to have with an aperitif.
You can choose between the following formats of capers pickled in salt: from 106ml to 3kg, also including the 1 kg pot.
