Our little mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus) are prepared following the traditional recipe created by Nonno Gualtiero, who invented it in 1969. They are perfect as a side dish and can be used in rice salads in the summertime or pulse soups in wintertime. They are very good in cold plates with ripe cheese and sliced cold meats.
