Grilled bell peppers with truffles
Grilled bell peppers flavoured with thin slices of truffle in sunflower oil (314ml)
Grilled yellow and red bell peppers are perfect with slices of black summer truffle (Tuber the aestivum Vitt.). The bittersweet contrast is unique. You will be able to offer the taste and colours of the summer on your table even during the cold season. They are great to have as an appetizer or as a side dish for your grilled meat!
