Giovagnini Capers guarantee quality and flavor on every occasion. Selected from our best suppliers, they are ready to use in any recipe, from pasta to pizza, from couscous to appetizers. Perfectly salted, they can be left to marinate in water and lemon for a more delicate flavor.
Available in three sizes: 6 (Lilliput), 9 (Lacrimella) and 12 (Puntina), as well as caper berries, ideal for accompanying appetizers. Formats range from the 106 ml jar up to the 3 kg jar, also including the 1 kg bucket for salt-packed capers.
